PCap04 is a capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC) with integrated digital signal processor (DSP) for on-chip data post processing. Its front end is based on field proved ScioSense PICOCAP measurement principle that offers high speed, high resolution (in the femtofarads) and Very Low Power consumption making it ideal for wireless and battery-operated devices used in IoT (Internet of Things).

For customers that are unable to use the QFN24 packaged Pcap04 or require die for their own packaging, ScioSense now offers die in wafer form.
