Professional Medical Transcribing recognizes that with the use of individual Doctor templates, our services can be customized to accommodate special formats, physician requirements and other special needs on an individual basis.  Even though our normal turnaround time is 24 hours, they are not predefined.  You determine the turnaround time you need.  You can also flag any dictation as priority that might need to be done immediately.

Once the dictation is typed in what ever format is compatible with your internal systems, it is then e-mailed back to your office for printing and distribution or have us forward the distribution for you.  We are HIPPA compliant from the time the dictation is received electronically, to the end product, transcribed reports.  All information is encrypted for you and your patient’s privacy.

Professional Medical can provide you with state of the art digital equipment.  No more cumbersome cassette tapes.  Doctors can dictate in two ways; either over the telephone into our Toll Free number or the digital equipment. With the telephone call in system, you simply dial our Toll Free number and dictate right over the telephone.  Each doctor is given a unique ID number and can identify any dictation that is priority.

When using the digital recorder, you simply dictate as you normally would.  This small portable device can be used anywhere and anytime.  Whenever it is convenient for you, simply plug the digital recorder into your PC using the provided cable and the dictation files are uploaded to our system ready for transcription.

Another service we provide relates to the reports themselves.  All work transcribed is saved on a CD and kept for up to two years so that if any report is lost  or misplaced, etc., another copy can be generated.

Our competitive rates are based on volume, complexity and requirements.
